Don't even need to have the game. Just create this empty directory.
C:\Users\YourUsernameHere\Documents\CAPCOM\SFTK\savedata\

Online play still mostly red bars. Green on the outside, once in lobby, red all the way. Sigh.

Well, whatever. Hope they fix the online soon. Nearly got tenpeat achievement today then lost to some mashing blanka OTL. Decapre is REALLY fun.

So it appears Seth U1 is no pretty much unpunishable by most of the cast since it pushes you so far back? :/

EVERYONE is having issues with online play. I've only had very few lagless matches.

I use keyboard to play. I got so good on keyboard I never really could make a transition to arcade stick. It really doesn't matter what you play on, as long as you're comfortable with it, it's fine. I even bought a stick but ended up giving away to one of my other friends haha.

Totally forgot USF4 had a youtube upload feature. It's not bad. Only took watching the match and 10 mins to upload @ 400~500kbps.

Fraps and movie maker takes more effort. Why would I do that when USFIV does it for me automatically in less than 20 mins? With fraps, I have to record myself, compress myself and upload myself. In USFIV it's one button.
