Let me put it this way, Asus = contractor, sub out technician = labourer.

A house starts getting renovated. Contractor told his labour to do everything, but the labour don't update the contractor on the problem faced / the things messed up. At the end of the day, when the owner comes back with complains with damaged doors / walls, contractor will take it all. Whose fault is it? Contractor never QC, laborer never feedback on things they don't know / not sure how to do. I strongly believe at some point, Asus will fail tremendously regardless of how many good product they produced.

If Asus can't keep a customer happy, customer will walk and choose other brands, like me, you and everyone else in this thread.  nod.gif

if they fck me up this time i will definitely go for other brand in the future

can not on probably motherboard also...

very sien their phone no one answering always voicemail box

and no, slapping a usb keyboard is not a good solution as it only has 2 usb ports...

depends on model probably between 250 small keyboard to 350 if full keyboard with numbers.

key cabut ke? or few keys no response etc?

just happen? can try to put in container, put some drying beads, or oat, or rice. let it few days and change the beads everyday.

if long time already then may be memang rosak, see if got model stated behind keyboard can try lazada or taobao order from china can be cheaper.
