wow, actually i got IV at their place, permanent post.

Im applying as front end engineer (with 2 yr 5 months exp) in sic at bukit jalil im from ph i was thinking if its good to work in here base in this thread, its kinda didnt nice. They offering 12 months contract. Any thoughts?

How long is their background check? Do you have any ideas? They offered me the job but kept quiet after I've signed. Their procedures are a bit strange. Background check after signing LOA.

finish interview yesterday, good interview session for permanent post... waiting for next week for result.

but yes they will ask for background check once you hired, if you provide fake info, they can terminate you.

Thats normal. Even here in ph once youre hired they do background check. They will go to your house and ask some neighbors.

If u want to apply for a position here, make sure your record is very clean and you have good relationship with your boss.They will call your boss even though u never give his number or name.Dont resign first.I was stupid to resign first.I didnt have good relationship with my boss so kantoi.Also, fyi,they will only give u all the benefits listed in their job ad after 12 months of joining the co.

All the benifits after 12 months? Isnt it unfair? Maybe atleast 6 months right?

The monetary benefits stated are after 12 months. Dont expect any allowances during the first year. Also, EL whether approved or not, they can deduct salary.

Tip, please factored in all your current allowances in your expected salary.

Well, if u dont have other alternatives or yr current co is not very good, then u can try them out.Wait after u have passed their check.Good luck.
