Bad interviewer made me wait him for 1 hour+ when arranged time already.

yeah.. this place is bad.. turnaround per month so high that they even put memo in front of their office for walk in interview for cobol and java developer.. and yet still no body want to work here.. the IT manager is also not so nice .. and the work stress very high here.. dont be fooled by their offer ya..
period.

Been here almost 2 years and my team is warmth and lIke a big family… benefit is standard local company style but stress is there for if ure a software engineer, meeting deadlines is like makan nasi…lol
