I have few pics to share. Not sure if you guys having the same thing.


Today got one thing i encounter. want to perform a reverse park...from D change to R. suddenly when want to reverse i tap lightly slowly increase the tap towards the accelerator pedal. the whole car shake a bit as if is going to mati engine...then it died...the engine logo light come out...half way reverse parking luckily no car there...i took around 5 seconds to figure out what to do...i press the power off button it wont power off cause it is in amber light. Then i notice the gear is still in R. so i push it to park. then press the close power button...manage to power off...and then take out the key...insert the key again...then press the brake pedal...then start again..the car start again. no more shudders and shake. what is going on any of you guys encounter this situation? or is it my rpm set too low...is less than 1k the idling engine make. like 800 rpm like that only. or 850. or maybe 900 not sure... mat79 or other members can give any advice or any insight on this?

Here I post something i think can help to let people know that in Service Booklet it does show 5 years or 150k mileage warranty.

and then... i bought some ph neutral shampoo in Jusco...is around 12.90 is cheaper than those turtle brand or magic 101...those cost around rm22 or rm25 for 200 litre.. dunno how reliable is this i just try it....i dunno which one to buy also...mostly does not state ph neutral... only a few brands...

bought a brush for tyre cleaning...looks like brush for toilet bowl...but the brush is soft. not hard type.


again after wash....my sickness getting worst...bit of dust getting phobia already...how to cure...

Hi guys, my loan approved & tomorrow will sign agreement with bank. I booked white one. Just want to know this solid white if handle with care, how long can last before getting a bit yellowish due to sunbathing? Very appreciate respon from u guys, does not realy know about solid white but preve with this color look cantikkkkkkkkkk;-)

you encounter this during hot sunny day?

sometimes I encounter this problem too during hot noon while reversing in my Saga. But if I let the car warm up till 2 bars, there is no such jerking and choking happen.

it is not....just around 6.15pm ~ 6.30pm...after rain....after a 30 min travel at highway.. reach building just parking...

It's the cold start issue related to ocv valve I belief, you should hear some weird sound in cold start like exora bold

If yours is after driving wanna park then I got no idea

Samething happened to me once (Saga CVT). Drove back home at nite, reverse into parking, stalled.

What I'd usually do if the car starts to jerk/vibrate while reversing, I'll lift off the accelerator and stop with the brakes, let the engine "catch it's breath", so to speak, then continue reversing. Not sure if it is universally applicable to every incident, though.

It's been talked about at the Saga thread, it does seem that the CVT's reverse gear is a bit finicky.

All cfe owner have you tried your turbo unit kick in. any sound indicator? I dunno mine one got or not. but from 60 to 80kph is fast... duno got any changes of sound or any light indicator? mine one just rev sound then from 60 to 80 is very fast.. maybe 1 .5sec or 2 sec. i think about that...no indicator just the force infront?

Anyone drive your preve to GENTING alreadyyyy??? how is the power??? planning to drive up hill.. XD

walawehhh white solid same with me..but cfe or exec?

not yet...want to try someday.... normal going up hill is ok. press bit more the car move fast. i tried using vios....using D....no matter how much u floor also it will slow like snail... must use L2 gear then only can move. hopefully this car move better.

Preve no L2 only S wor.. if anyone do go, please let us know how is the drive up to visit uncle lim?

Coz CVT no fixed gear ratios, hence tader 3-2-L. Should be no problem going genting in D.

Hmm....anyone interest to plan TT at Genting after 1st 1000 service? we can drop by the Bukit Tinggi R&R (Petronas) there to have a photo shooting..
