That is what Sime Darby sales guy told me at Sime Darby Melawati sales office .
Price might goes up later as usual. Theres alot other future plan nearby Quarze surrounding area.. more condos and townhouses, etcs.. Quarza - Veo Montana - Forest reserved. 3 Residen - Bkt Tambun Casa Rimba. Its like a whole stretch of luxury condos, shopping mall, offices, bungalows and 3 storey houses along MRR2..
