That is what Sime Darby sales guy told me at Sime Darby Melawati sales office .
Price might goes up later as usual. brows.gif

Theres alot other future plan nearby Quarze surrounding area.. more condos and townhouses, etcs..

Quarza - Veo
Montana - Forest reserved.
3 Residen - Bkt Tambun
Casa Rimba.

Its like a whole stretch of luxury condos, shopping mall, offices, bungalows and 3 storey houses along MRR2..

Seems like a good location for investment and own stay. thumbup.gif

no need regret. you can get seri riana. quite nice. big built-ups.
only cons are leasehold and absolute price tags.
else get the phase 1, still got plenty of legs to run.
alternatively get the penthouse in saville lor.

Seri Riana - Out of my pocket range (insider news, they just award the foundation package ^^)
Saville - Penthouse is too big la.. Haha

Actually feel dilemma to choose condo / landed property for living.. Security always my 1st concern.. Mayb can open 1 new topic to discuss abt this.. Haha

get the villa of saville @ the park, bangsar.
best of both worlds.
security + facilities of condo living,
conveniences and spaces of a landed.
repeat customers gets 1.5% additional discount mah.

ijm not doing own foundation meh? contract out to who?
saville progress not too bad. and i have so far paid about <rm200 in cumulative total interest so far smile.gif

My budget is very less only ler...
Current apartment not enuf to fit my "upcoming" baby girl.. that's why need to get a new hse.

IJM sold their foundation arm (if not mistaken)... heard they using spun pile foundation.. so should be awarded to G-Pile Sdn Bhd

Accumulative less than RM200?? i paying RM170 every months ler... so yours so less 1??

Price not finalised yet but they're looking at RM650 per sq ft.
There probably will be DIBS but no early bird discounts.
