Why did SD sell it's land for the sunway Montana project? Else it desa melawati would be integrated with 3residen n casa rimba? Too bad the latter 2 got separated from the township ?. I would be frustrated if I were the owners..

Sorry, not sure.. but doesn't all of desa melawati land once belonged to negara properties many moons ago? Or sunway hv owned the land all along? If yes, probably sunway should sell to SD then at a premium n SD hv some reason to buy to complete the township.. same like Malton boss bought land beside pavilion at a record breaking price.. though not sure if this is a suitable analogy, but I think you know what I mean...
