i mean studio, 1+1 and 2+1 not really suit for a family..
but 3+! type so big and sure over 1Mil ... MElawati really can sell at this price now.. maybe is too high for me.. i'm looking for new project which RM700-900k for at least 3 rooms... went to see foresta still consider ...( like near to forest/green ) |

what SA told me was, small unit 1 car park, 1400 unit with 2 car park
RM0.35 maintenance fees is True come with kitchen cabinet ( high quality ) air con and wardrobe ( walk in for 1400 ) if 900K still consider ok.. but 10-18floor sure around 1mil d .. but 170 unit with so many facilities.. really nice... |

yeah~ rich ppl better take block A cause Block B parking have to walk cross.. block A parking is under the condo..
10% more to get kirchen cabinet is better cause the quality very nice.. |

i went last month, they do mention have 3% discount.
their balcony super big.. abit waste of space for type 2bed room for 1st 100 purchaser actually quite good deal.. but still have to take out RM60-70k in-order to book the 2 bed room unit (RM900k+ ) latest update : no early bird discount.... only the 1st 100 have those mention offer This post has been edited by fongozic: Oct 30 2012, 10:35 PM |

the layout for 2 bed room cant be renovated to get extra room.. but now the latest layout with laundry area.. but the balcony really so so big.. even can put 2 table tennis table there.. diff style of design.. luxury condo..
they will start giving number 8.30am this sat.. anyone interested to get this dream house.. be fast.. |

the studio unit price start from 480k... mid floor high floor nearly 500k...
but ppl like natural, near to gombak LRT.. still have many potential buyer.. |
