Wow really expensive now. I am vested in a corner unit at MSuite, almost fully furnished, better location (i think) and mid/high floor. I paid around RM780psf 2 years ago and was consider expensive then. I was one of the early birds About to complete soon. Hope to untung a bit. Anyone bought MSuite?

i saw m-city also no longer a big hole already. moving towards same level as the road. nice... i cannot wait for everything to move on. mrt circle line also confirmed to be nearby. those who bashed elements and m-city saying will get burned la this la that la, i am sure some of them are starting to regret of what they said.

bro AMINT, for non-KLCC facing, do you think those unit facing the old condos is too near? What is the distance? Any idea?

It is quite near. I would say probably from my balcony is 50m to the compound of the condo next to it. Try going there. It is not that bad coz they maintain it quite well.mine is facing their swimming pool
