I am vested in a corner unit at MSuite, almost fully furnished, better location (i think) and mid/high floor. I paid around RM780psf 2 years ago and was consider expensive then. i saw m-city also no longer a big hole already. moving towards same level as the road. nice... i cannot wait for everything to move on. mrt circle line also confirmed to be nearby. those who bashed elements and m-city saying will get burned la this la that la, i am sure some of them are starting to regret of what they said.
