From current blue print, seem like only Block A (inner block) is blocked by Arte.
But, for Block B, half of the city view is gone...

maybe just target a covered pedestrian walk way along this stretch to KLCC and a bicycle lane for the easier wishes rather than the MRT.

I will see it is more and more difficult to build MRT inside the City center later due to increase of operating and acquired land cost.

I don't think that land size is equivalent to Pavillion. Who is interested to go small mall these days? What for so many shopping malls in KV? How many are actually doing well? hmm.gif

The competition of renting and selling are just begun.
Can see sub-sale price is about RM1k/sqft up. So, I think whoever is willing to give best discount will walk out with the profit immediately.

lol.... got water!!! mean they managed to fill up the pool without the disruption of water shortage issue... Before that, I guessed they will leave it dry... that's good thing.
