How about Mcity? is Mcity infront of The Elements, and klcc view being blocked by both buildings?

Hi everyone...im newbies here..need input from all TAIKO here...
I have booked elements in early oct2013..825psf 2 bedder facing the lake @rm797psf for investment. Mybank loan approved n neef to pay around rm3300 monthly instlmt. NOW im havin 2nd thought since the cooling measures annouced in recent budget. AND land n general nmayland annouced last week they acquired the land adjoining TO ELEMENTS to build 4 blocks service condo(not sure fhold or lease hold). I foresee it wl b tough to get a tenant since there wl b more supply at the area..mcity arte n new condo by lng mayland. If I cancel my purchase...I will get back my booking refund minus rm600.
Need advice from TAIKO HERE..should I proceed or NOT?...THANK YOU

Anyone know when is the VP date?

I was told VP in June.

If u are vested, better Elements complete first and whack all the interested tenants and potential purchaser keen on this area first...

Wondering how much psf for Elements/M-City/Arte now.. 

MRT circle line. it will be completed around Christmas time.......... in 2025

All proposal only bro. thats why i said 2025. Lol.  But i have confident that it will happen. the only thing i cant say is this: WHEN.

Actually I just wanna tell you guys that Circle Line MRT is almost approve already. thats why i am confident. station near Elements/M-city is one of them.

However, since this is Malaysia where most projects get delayed, I dont want to everybody to be too gungho. LOL.

And yes it is getting more difficult to build underground MRT in KL especially when KL has huge carbonate formation underground. Believe it or not, KL used to be underwater. This is based on geological understanding.

Has anyone taken the most updated pictures of the progress? Confirm cannot VP this month? Developer also told my friend should be VP this month.

So is this going to be a unusual "quality workmanship" product from mayland or becoz of the JV with L&G, it's different

It was reported in The Edge that Desmond Lim may be buying over the Flamingo Hotel and its ajacent plot in Ampang for a mega project with Pavillion-like mall. This has not been confirmed yet.....but should the deal be sealed...wow...buyers of Element, M City and the nearby projects would hit a home run, and home run meant make money liao...and if the MRT station in Ampang Point materialize also...then is a double home runs!

if dont have the letter but just come to take keys ok ka? what needs to be paid upon collecting keys?

Wondering what Mr. Lau, MD of L&G for this project said in a interview with one property magazine that they will suprise buyers on their finishing quality of their project. They will build the project beyond expectations, better than what the brochures had presented us. Mmmm????
