how is standard mail ah ? if standard mail hilang can ask for replacement or credit back ah?

I used a standard mail before and lost the item. United Direct refund me back the money to my credit card account. They actually ask if I want them to send a new item or refund. I opted for the latter.

But it depends with the company that you are dealing with.

i chose courier le ... scared hilang and the process headache ... its 6pd difference only ...

I have like 3-4 orders missing from kitbag, most of the time the only hassle is the waiting period. They will ask you to wait 21 working days to inform them then they will process the order either by refund or they will resend the order via express shipment. DHL and Royal mail international signed-for are my choice of reliable shipping from the UK.

Yeah can be very pening sometimes. You kan cheong wait for order, and you some how know you order is already missing in transistion, but you need to wait for the 21 days from shipment date, and not order date... So all your 3-4 orders also resend with signed off mail no issues?


My previous order from United Store, (but some how i think its Kitbag that handles the shipment, i could be wrong...) also hilang, call them ask to to resend with signed off courier, sampai in 3-4 days or less..

Now waiting for one shipment to arrive, 1 week already using normal delivery still belum sampai

i would like to know, Intel Milan crest authentic is PU or embroided? i can see 2 differences whereby in kitroom is PU & from inter store, is embroided. nevertheless, both claims as authentic version.

The 11-12 Authentic kit has a PU crest, but this season's one is embroidered.
