Yup. Block B higher floor units there are several available. Overlooking NKVE to the 18-hole Saujana Golf Club.

I recommend you make an appointment during the weekdays before 5pm and I'll show you which are the recommended units at the sales gallery. If you wait til weekends, it might be sold. No kidding smile.gif

Yes, the units at the bottom comes with terrace spaces surrounding the unit. Other than block B there are still several units in block A with such layout, facing Glenmarie Court. In block B, there's one unit which is not blocked by the club house. The unit sits almost to the end of block B so lesser passer-by.

Power and water tariffs are convertible if the use of the premise/building is for residential purposes even though it sits on a commercial land.

Hi, the actual size of the unit is 1,372 sq ft.

Net price is hard to be exactly determined as different levels are tagged with a different price. A ballpark figure for lower floors would be about 660k after rebate.

Indeed Saujana is perceived as a higher-end address.
1,372 sq ft is selling from 660k (rounded up value) after rebate which works out to RM48x psf.

Upon agreeing to purchase, an earnest deposit of 4% is required to reserve the unit. The other fees involved will be loan agreement stamp duty which is 0.5% of your loan amount, and a miscellaneous fee of RM350.

Small units have already been sold out quite awhile back.

However, the units that are available now are 1,372 sq ft with a layout of 3bed 2bath.

In November 2013, my colleague sold two units in Pacific Place for RM650 psf each. Having said that, if secondary market is paying RM650 psf for that development, this makes Hijauan Saujana a steal for its sub-RM500 psf price tag. In SPA it's due for completion in June 2015 but looking at the current progress, most probably they can handover in January or February.

Response have been good lately. As of now there's only 33 units left.

I have visited a few units in there, the finishing seems okay to me. Just some carpenter work not done yet and some minor touch ups to be done.

The 60m long lap pool is quite fascinating. With a generous area spared for the children play pool, this condo has a sweet spot to hangout with your kids during the weekends.

Location not that all bad thou. I have to admit that some units facing the NKVE is quite noisy when you open the windows, but they also have unblock view. Not as bad as I thought it would be.
