Anyone has any fengshui knowledge on the triangle shape of the HS land? I heard from my cousin that triangle shape land/building is prone to having fire accident. So has the developer managed to make necessary adjustment (like making the sharp edge into more roundish shape) to enhance the fengshui of the development? This year is fire wood year, so kinda worry if any fire accident happens.

Also heard that the price has increased for the remaining 1372 sf units (near to the LRT track). Anyone know what is the price (after rebate) now? and how many units left (when I visited sales office last month, many units on the last two columns (block A) that near to the LRT track are still available)?

My wife and I bought this unit after went to the site to survey and observe the distance between LRT and the building (we were lucky that the guard allowed us to enter). We decided the purchase based on many other factors also.
But still hope that the developer will build sound proof windows and etc.
