Not much marketing on this property.
3 worries.. 1. The tunnel entrance whether will increased to 2. 2. Flooding as ground entrance r lower 3. Developer not famous, Dono how's the quality Any comment? |

Confirmed a unit myself. Block b still have many available.
Units not selling fast cos need to pay 4% downpayment, which many flippers stay away from. |
