May I know for those who have bought a unit at Hijauan Saujana last year, did you guys pay booking fees? I just booked a 1,372 sq. ft. unit without booking fees. After rebate is less than RM500 per sq.ft. Is it worth for investment? It is much cheaper than other projects surroundings such as Verde and Ara Greens.

All single bedroom units in Block C has sold out. However, those 3 bedrooms units in Block A which launched together with Block C has not been sold out after a year. I am just curious is there any issue with it besides the LRT treck and next to NKVE?

And is there anyone has more information about the developer?
