If not mistaken, Hijauan Saujana is left 1370 sq ft and price from RM 730-780k. Rebate estimated RM 110k or RM 80 psf. Ttl rebate est 16%.

Pay 4% downpayment. Balance 6% upon sign S&P ( if 90% loan ) is rebate from the estimated 16% discount. Balance 10% to be rebate after VP.

For me, if u prefer greenery and quiet,also do not mind to drive to amenities, Hijauan is better choice. The special deal of further balance 10% rebate after completion is ideal for those unable to save hefty money for renovation 3 years later.
