Im planning to buy a new serviced apartment for investment/own stay around pj

Just would like to ask fellow sifus which is a better choice as since both offer freehold.

Pros for eve suite....near lrt,nearer to pj,fully furnished
Cons for eve suite...a little bit more expensive,higher density area,the development seemed slow,close to lrt and nkve

Pros for hijauan.....more greenery place,slighty cheaper,lower density area
Cons for hijauan....a little further to pj,not fully furnished
,no lrt nearby so must have a car,some of the units near the lrt rail,nkve or subang airport highway

What do u think other fellow lyn sifus....pls feel free to comment
