I've read almost all of the recent ones starting around page 70 ++ up to here. And it is better to nego on the spot. What do I need to look out for to prove its legal and registered? Because of the insurance and road block issue. Any special stickers on the car as well?

I prefer to take taxi instead of renting a car. Since I have 2 full days vacation with 1-3 famous tourist places only to visit per day, plus going to dinner. 

However, I worry if taxi is very hard to hail/get especially at night (<10pm)? is it hard or easy to get taxi there?
