QUOTE(JayC75 @ Jun 28 2012, 11:20 AM) Went IOI Galeria last fri, guess what..IOI Galeria already shifted and Bank of China is occupying that space, reno is almost completed. Based on the following news from NSTP.. PFCC is getting busier with new anchor tenants from BOC, OCBC and VADS. Was though Bank of China is going to take up the new Tower?? or later..? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Multinational, Malaysia ICT firms find PFCC attractive By Sharen Kaur sharen@nstp.com.my 2012/07/10 IOI Properties Bhd, a heavyweight property developer in terms of size and profitability, expects its Puchong Financial Corporate Centre (PFCC) to be one of the most preferred corporate and financial hubs in the Klang Valley. Multinational and local ICT companies looking for office towers in Puchong are attracted to PFCC as it has been accorded the MSC Malaysia Status and is recognised as a MSC Malaysia Cybercentre. In a statement issued yesterday, IOI Properties said its subsidiary, Flora Development Sdn Bhd,signed a collaboration agreement with Multimedia Development Corp Sdn Bhd (MDeC) last month for the MSC Malaysia Cybercentre status. The MSC Malaysia Cybercentre status is a prestigious award given to niche business locations that meet the MSC Malaysia Cybercentre standards and criteria. The criteria are to provide a world-class physical and information infrastructure and globally competitive telecommunication tariffs to deliver the MSC Malaysia Bill of Guarantees to MSC-status companies. Currently, there are fewer than ten buildings in the Klang Valley with the MSC status. PFCC, located at Bandar Puteri Puchong, features a business class hotel and four office towers, where two have been built and the rest are to be completed by mid-2013. The buildings are equipped with dual electricity source and state-of-the-art information technology features such as a fibre optic backbone to support high-speed broadband Internet access and mobile coverage. Already PFCC has secured anchor tenants like the Bank Of China, OCBC Bank, Malaysia Building Society Bhd and VADS Business Process Sdn Bhd for the two completed buildings. Operating from PFCC will allow the companies to substantially reduce their cost of doing business, the statement said. |

QUOTE(unig @ Jul 17 2012, 01:40 PM) I see a lot of massage centers opened in Bdr Puteri with closed doors and budget hotels mushrooming. Therey are not so open like in the pictures from Metro so I'm not sure which part of run down Bdr Puteri is that..Then again, Bdr Puteri is not the only place in Selangor/KL or even Malaysia that houses vice dens..where there's demand, supply follows. Even in Thailand, every town has a vice den, and Hatyai is more famous as men from Malaysia are the best customers followed by Singaporean, but Hatyai does not do it so open like how our close minded Metro says it..even BB is famous for vice but does Metro sensationalise it? No need to call the kettle black when even you are not free from vice It is up to the authorities to take action as the owners are liable to be hauled up when they rent out their place for vice activities, so much so even the budget hotels are fire traps during an emergency, wat more Health Clubs. |

Thinking move house to Bandar Puteri area. So, need a review/feedback why Koi Tropika condo 1020sqft price about 280k. Looks cheap but sound fishy to me. Please advise. |

May be sharing with some squatters, African students, factory blue-collar workers...I see them in the evenings going back there or could be using short cuts. At night the area is full of cars indicating many people renting rooms too.. |
