I think almost all tea sold nowadays is either fake, or has an inflated price tag, or is just ordinary. On another note, if anyone is interested in becoming a Polling Agent or Counting Agent, training sessions are held every night from 8-10 pm at until 28 April at the DAP service centre at Kinrara 3.

The new ADUN for Seri Serdang is an unknown to me. She seems like a benign auntie but can very well also be the school-mistressy type. Where is her service centre? Has anyone here had any dealings with the new ADUN for Kinrara in his former role as an MPSJ councillor? What's he like?

The previous tai chow there open for a short while was good. Love their fish head curry.

The Malacca Auntie Nasi Lemak in Ming Ren tells me they've opened another outlet in Puteri 5. Can't quite figure exactly where though.

There's a fuss about the recent newspaper announcement on the declaration of bankruptcy against Expand Factor Sdn Bhd.

Now got lawyer and Suruhanjaya coming to our Taman to handle the land issue. One to collect documents and another to certify documents. Just want to ask if these people are legit? RM 4 for one certify copy stamp and no receipt provided hmm.gif

Any advice would be appreciated.  smile.gif

The land title / geran. Don't have since Talam is a defunct company. Last I heard was the land office were reluctant to release until the company pay all the dues owing.

Now can buy groceries online from tesco

http://eshop.tesco.com.my/

You can check whether your area is under their delivery coverage
*
In the UK, TESCO is seen as a low-price outfit. There's a hierarchy there like here. At the top of the chain here is probably the likes of Cold Storage and Grocer 33. If you add the food department of Marks and Spencer's that's probably ahead of Cold Storage. Below these guys, you have Jusco probably. Then followed by TESCO and Carrefour and possibly Giant. Then Hero, Econsave, KK, Speedmart. Then Kedai Runcit Teik Huat etc. The Brits can be VERY snobbish. Some people won't be seen dead buying stuff from TESCO because it's near the bottom of the pecking order, just above really cheapskate places like ALDI, Lidl and ASDA. These people shop at Waitrose and Marks and Spencer's and at a pinch, they might even go as low as Sainsbury, but no lower. But they might buy online from TESCO because then there's no danger of them being seen in a TESCO outlet. Apparently some of these people complained to TESCO's management for delivering their groceries in vans clearly marked with the TESCO logo. Paiseh, ALL the neighbours can see that they're buying from cheapskate TESCO. rclxm9.gif

Getting better now The worst I think ~1pm.. This was on my way to SS2 (somewhere in KJ)

Anyway, got intop bad jam from Sunway toll till Puchong Perdana just now - the culprit - PUCHONG PERDANA exit jam!!!  rclxub.gif ..most probably LRT progress works there  hmm.gif
*
This afternoon 1-2:30 pm laidet the jam on the LDP southbound was awful all the way from IOI mall to at least Puchong Perdana I think. But soon after that, at about 3:15 pm when I headed back to Puchong the jam was not so bad - it started to be bad only from the IOI business park onwards.

Move to Strawberry FC there according to the MonKee auntie. She move her stall to Fatt Kee liao. The old Fong Lei place is going to be a Speedmart 99.
