QUOTE(Ardt @ Feb 6 2013, 04:13 PM) Puchong peeps Someone in this forum once recommended a shop at Puchong Jaya, on the same row as Leong Ah. Don't remember the name of the shop, but it's the only IT place there as far as I recall. I took my PC there once when it died and they fixed it for me.Please recommend any computer shops in puchong that can repair macbook (reinstall OS). Or anyone of you guys can do it? I got the moneehh. I do it myself it keeps giving me an error msg. Apple service centre might take long. Also malas to go out of puchong. Thx. |

The road leading from the milo lake park in Taman Wawasan to Bandar Puteri was congested at 1030 just now. Got police road block probably? I see this happening now and then at Pesiaran Wawasan as well.

According to Sin Chew today, they will start work on the Setia Walk U turn ramp next month. Can't tell from the report where exactly the ramp is going to be.

QUOTE(ozak @ Mar 15 2013, 09:52 AM) The ramp go into the persiaran wawasan and U turn back down to the setia walk. Great picture, no need to discuss whether the ramp is on the LDP or pesiaran wawasan any more! Here the map. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « The same sin chew article also talks about the problems caused by the bus stop right beside the ldp junction with pesiaran wawasan. the report though doesn't say what's going to be done about it. Anyway, the ramp alone is not going to sort out all the traffic problems associated with Setia Walk. I believe not many people have moved in yet, and many of the shops and offices are still empty but already, I sometimes encounter traffic snarls within the Setia Walk area. The internal roads are too narrow and ingress into the car park can be awkward, causing cars to pile up in front of the car park entrance. I can see this causing traffic to back up all the way to the ramp and beyond, even as far as the LDP itself. I already see this happening on the northbound TESCO U-turn ramp when there is heavy traffic esp after office hours. This post has been edited by PangurBan: Mar 15 2013, 01:28 PM |

Actually I don't see the point of a U-Turn ramp. Why can't they build a ramp leading straight from the LDP into Setia Walk?

It's the Pusat Bandar Puchong Industrial area, on the far side of Bandar Puteri, behind Koi Tropika.

QUOTE(bizklguy @ Apr 3 2013, 03:53 PM) Try JB money changer at Puteri 1/4 (just opposite Maybank). It normally offers better rates than those in IOI Mall and Tesco PBP. I know for a fact that the IOI mall moneychanger offers worse rates than the TESCO PBP one. I've never noticed the Puteir 1/4 one. Must compare one day. |
