no same, u see tesco bbp and tesco pbp where got same. Tesco pbp bigger than Tesco bbp, and Tesco pbp got a wide window opening 2nd floor
tesco bbp don't have, Tesco bbp is just for convinient shopping for daily grocery not expect got alot of other tenant inside and Tesco pbp is all in one store.

I think he meant the supermarket layout inside.
e.g. When enter Tesco, generally left entrance.
On the left are stationery, follow by gardening, electrical.
Middle of entrance are promo stuff.
Right side are clothing. Backmost are bread.
The the aisle for fresh produce, etc. all follow same line.

From left to right aisle, try notice. Rice first, then fresh produce, then cold stuff like milk, ice-cream, then cold stuff for meats, then spices/condiments, follow lastly by can drinks.

RM300 one off per house or RM300 per month??!!!!  vmad.gif  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif  mad.gif

My mother in law said per house wor..now implemented from the shophouse area first, since rep is living at that side. Later will implement to other surrounding area...I feel its too much-leh..Why do they need to collect so much, to offset those who do not pay? Free service-ka? vmad.gif

Many of the homes there are rented so RA should not burden the people who pay but to inconvinience those who do not pay.. sweat.gif

I will try to kaypoh in next meeting, since no proper AGM or elected reps yet. whistling.gif

Rm300 collection is 1 off for fencing. Not for the security fee.

Same time previously, RM50 per month, still no takers. New committee set up, still do not see much improvements except one old man guarding the place.

Committee needs to be set up with volunteers not just same people or those with hidden agendas brows.gif . RA committees must be from residents or owners of the properties and must volunteer to help out not just wanting to have their name published in newspaper making a statement or worse a stooge for the developer who do more harm for the housing area. One example is the traffic congestion caused by Setia Walk, haphazard parking, U turns at the only junction to Wawasan 1 & 2. RAs are not just for putting up fences, hiring guards and organising Mooncake parties. rclxub.gif

RAs also need to be registered with local council so will need to attend council meetings to represent the area, we do not need politicians in making or busybodies who only show up when the press is around. mad.gif

Celaka, car and people already moved out by 9am, but traffic still slow from Cyber/Putrajaya Toll to Puchong. Think people love to drive slow and kaypoh for no reason...stuck for nearly an hour, left my hse at 815, reach Wawasan by 920 am..

Morning LiteFM traffic reported that there was an accident after Sunway toll.. That was the reason why traffic jammed up from Bt14 all the way to Sunway.. Even the U-turn b4 the toll to Shah Alam also jammed up bcos ppl though can bypass the jammed up 2 lanes flyover at Wisma Tractor but that also no use.

Well, I might have bad (or is it worse?) news - the Sunway Exit will be (somehow) diverted next week. The traffic could be.... catastrophic.

Anyone got a picture of the diversion plans? I can't find them online.

You mean the Sunway exit along Kesas? Eastbound AND Westbound, or one side only?
