Actually from what I knew, iPad 2 doesn't support personal hotspot. Isn't only iPhone support hotspot? Is the new iPad supposed to support hotspot? I'm confused now.

I went to Sunway last 2days, personally walk into digi store, the technical person told me, this is not their problem... is the devices problem I.e.new iPad, then I went to Machine, sales person told me, new iPad nor iPad 2 also do not have personal hotspot. the further explained that, it depend on the country, in Malaysia personal hotspot is not supported..
*
Don't bother with Sunway. I went there also, the sales idiots there could only reply "Got ar?","Dunno wo." and "Dun hav, dun hav lor".
All the shops there just hire cheap idiots from the colleges there who are just show face, make money and go home early to their WoW and DotA.

My ipad is the 4g+wifi. Before planning to get the ipad, I've already signed up Digi broadband to surf internet in my laptop. Since I've already got this, I dont planned to signed up for any new plan. I would want to continue to use the one that I got currently. My original plan was to put in the microsim into the ipad & use to hotspot to surf internet in my laptop whenever neccesary. I've saw people commenting here that some telcos do not support hotspot except umobile. anyone know whether digi supports hotspot or have they solved the hotspot problem by now if they don't earlier?
