the picture shows there is option to retry.
maybe can retry unplug your device, and do it one more time?
normally it shouldnt take longer than 15 mins

Mine is iPhone 4S 5.1.1, 16GB.
Success jailbreak within 3 minutes.

Initially it was running on IOS 5.0.1 JB untethered, i straight away update to official firmware IOS 5.1.1 without clean restore.
total capacity used before is 8.7GB.
azraeil do a clean restore and JB within 2 minutes, mine is not more than 5 minutes, which means JB process should not take longer than 10 minutes.

for those who stuck, i can confirm that 100% the message in the stuck window is recommending the user to restart the JB process.
if u successfully JB, u WILL NEVER see the message shown as in the screen below.

please check if your IPSW is 5.1.1 9B206 for iphone 4s user.

no cydia.. even after reeboot..

have u try do clean restore?
clear everything and try again.
make sure your IPSW is the official latest. if u r using previous IPSW for previous JB, try download another.
