R200c sold. Left R100 & R500. Would highly recommend the R100 especially for those who would like to go into a more mainstream hifi setup for musical performance.

Hi KEF sifu,
I'm newbie to setup home theater, recently get a KEF Q200C and found out left woofer and right woofer come out different sound (frequency), is this normal?
Left are very soft (totally cannot hear any vocal) while right are louder (low bass of vocal)
Tweeter in middle work very good and mid (Uni-Q) in middle also very clear.
I found the left and right woofer not sync (not same) which is weird, is this because of the LF and ABR as listed in spec?
I screenshot the spec with the driver info as below.

Need some sift to advice on this.

if disconnect rear link and use cable on hf. only tweeter alone rite.
then swap to lf. got mid & bass. this center channel is consider as 2.5way where all the four drivers making different frequencies. the weight also not equal L--R i remember one side is heavvier.
so,
abr is passive radiator. no voice coil. no magnet. no wire.
function is similar to bass port. just that he facing front instead of behind. Q serie floorstander is using this method as well.

there wont be phase clash cancellation, very brilliant idea.
and without bass port we able to store q200c deep inside shelf/ cabinets.)

@Ktek,
Thanks for your comment and input.

I found someone disassembly Q550 and can saw the different of ABR, mid and woofer.
The ABR really don't have magnet and wire.

if u notice rite. each ABR have their own chamber (divided room).
so it is tuned to cover to own bass range with minimal interruption to the other guy.

overall its an unique layout center speaker
