QUOTE(owikh84 @ Jul 29 2012, 09:29 AM) yeah water is always a mate for OC. Yeah. Im still deciding between AX650 & Seasonic x660w for my buildIf you are brave enough voiding the warranty, delid the IHS, replace TIM & running the chip topless. A good PSU with less ripple is needed to get a stable constant OC. |

QUOTE(sidewinderz @ Jul 30 2012, 01:41 AM) or you could go for seasonic platinum series.. =D like mine! Platinum is just abit overkil for me i think Somehow, i tend to have a similar liking to corsair...love those black sleeved cables.. Added on July 30, 2012, 1:42 am If speedstep is enabled, yes...its normal. Bus speed you can leave it as stock...it does not matter as long as you don't exceed 101..should be fine Gold should suffice This post has been edited by trisx: Jul 30 2012, 02:07 AM |

QUOTE(owikh84 @ Aug 24 2012, 10:22 PM) I looked back your LinX run a few pages back. Your GFlops is lower than 100 so I suggested you to increase vCore but since you said you are approaching cooling limit so might consider set lower clock. lol almost 2k on ram modules That's super cheap price for such a great OC kit. btw, I have bought the G.SKILL Trident X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2800 (PC3 22400) F3-2800C11D-8GTXD for RM1935 shipped from newegg MY, including RM75 USA-Penang shipping fee. I don't join the bulk shipping but it will be sent specifically for me alone. |

For Samsung 30nm kit user, any success hitting 2600mhz?
And also for 2600mhz @ 1.65v do we need heatsink or any cooling fan to maintain the temp? Or it's just fine without any? |

QUOTE(owikh84 @ Nov 11 2012, 01:58 PM) I think they have missed out your form. Try refill the form and by rights you should receive an email containing a Paypal invoice or Public Bank account number in the remark. Do check your spam/junk folder as well. My deals with newegg MY were awesome. Both transactions were as smooth as butter & process done within the same day. They are quite responsive and reliable. How often u received their mail in your junk folder? I usually will just delete/clear my junk folder |

QUOTE(lat_lonelyboyz @ Nov 11 2012, 04:15 PM) +1. The performance as good as other taller heatsink ram like Vengeance which difficult to find nice CPU cooler that got clearance gap enough to install. More room to put 140mm cpu cooler size like Noctua-D14 How much total u pay for the kit? RM110 + RM 25 postage = RM135 ?Sammy Green now worth RM121. Around RM10 expensive than my batch ordered. Question here what's suppose it worth in MY market then. |

QUOTE(owikh84 @ Nov 13 2012, 09:05 AM) Be careful with bad extension cable, some might even cause PSU power ripple & in the end kill your mobo or take other parts with it. That was my 1st thought. I removed it and using normal cable's back. Running fine till now well done mate. Looks to be a sweet spot for 24/7. |
