Good things I like about D3:-
- Runes auto - not too bad compare to D2
- Crafting - nice feature since I like the concept
- New & more type of monsters

The disappointing things I notice:-
- Stats is auto - BIG TURN OFF!!! Char customization gone up in smoke!
- Skill tree is auto - ANOTHER BIG TURN OFF!!! Not all spells is good and I want more choices!
- No mana pots? DAMN!
- Kinda slow paced game compare to Torchlight
- No character customization? Other similar new game has it, why D3 dint include that in?
- No more unidentified items? Surprise factor gone!

I guess identification will apply to rare equipment and above
And what's the point of identifying magic item since you're not using it for long?

Why when I smelt magic weapons, sometimes I can smelt the Subtle Essence and the horn?
I thought the horn is only from rare items?

The whole skill/system revamp in D3 looks OK to me.
No more "i-google-d3pwningbuild-so-i-can-pwn-ingame" type of players.

They should extend the stress test beta coz most of the time the server is down anyway....the actual playing time does not make up for the 3 days open beta.

been trying so hard to tell people how useless stat point would be in D3.. it would only be another copy paste player game with stat points, same like D2(smite-din, WW barb, Frenzy Barb,Aura-Din)

most overhyped game of the century. D3 has hit lag which torchlight doesnt have at all.

Anyone notices that it has network lag even in a single player game? I am like gravely disappointed because of the need to always be connected to play..

Really? The lag is barely noticeable even with 200+ ping. Plus we're connected to US servers now.
