can help u as i got data but my area is 2g zone.. edge is max, gprs is common, so loading sucks.
wifi teather however, works.

rooted=like jailbreak
unrooted is like not jailbroken.
rooted is root access where u get control over all of the system. hence can wipe and put stuff in with full control. Just like windows UAC, Admin mode.
SD maid will clean apps ber bersih, so most probably it neet full access to source the rubbish.

the right way to insert. slide the 3 shoes into the bottom slot of the nexus, then press the remaining 6 plugs in. if u just press down like a orrggman, then the shoes will break and u get uneveness.

run program, select ur rom 4.01/4.02/4.03/4.04(in ur settings/system about rom)
then u power off ur phone and press vol up& down and power.
u see android fall on floor tummy open. then plug in.
check if u c there is detected model fastboot in the toolkit. if detected then u can read the remaining command

quickly type ma, reading Pinocchio_Vampire_Slayer_
