maxwell91, please reconsider something cheaper.. I was once in your position to get myself the cheapest fiesta when my salary was just around 2.2k net.. then after considering a lot of factors, not just monthly repayment, but as well petrol, toll, maintenance, car insurance, road tax and etc.. and i found myself not in a position to get fiesta at all..

my recommendation is that if you really one to get preve, give yourself some times, suits yourself with a moderate lifestyle and see how much you can save every month.. and after your salary has increased, then evaluate again your if your are afford to get a 70k car..

i think ppl in here been reviewing the premium version bro.. like others said, maybe its a bit heavy for the cvt version.. but if u drive if casually i think should be no prob.. but yeah.. with 2.4k will be abit hard on ur wallet no ?

but if u think u can handle it then by all means, go ahead. u wont be staying with that salary point for the whole 9 years anyway right ? smile.gif thumbup.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

Just out of curiousity, did anyone actually tested the IAFM variants?

My SA told me there are no IAFM stocks yet, at least for test drive.

what is the real procedures of getting my car?

Tomolo my SA ask me to go visit the showroom again appointment with the bank people they already approve my loan. so tomolo i going to sign for the bank loan.
SA says can get car within 2 to 3 days. But the thing is i going to go JPJ to get my own prefered number.

after that how? after get the number i need to let my sa know? my ncb is 55% so need to transfer from old car to new car. how is the process after that?

is the number plate will tie to the chasis number of the vehicle registration? Do i have the chance to choose the vehicle in tanjung malim? or i just wait them to sent to me? what if the number plate and the chasis number already register with jpj? if i never inspect the car if there is scratches or something malfunction can i change one on one directly that day? or i still need to wait?

never buy new car before with new number plates. last time bought old car so dunno real procedures of new car.

Can i use my company bank statement to apply loan? i think i have used up 1/2 of my salary for housing loan. I have a home based business with 5 digit turnover monthly. But only created current account with maybank and cimb 2 months ago. Heard that i need 6 month bank statement for a company. Going for 9 years loan. Dont ask me why. I prefer to use extra money reinvesting for my business sweat.gif

i think this preve is a big step for proton.. at least its not a copycat like inspira. hurray for proton.. hopefully the QC will not spoil the production. good luck to all you first buyers out there and do share your experience.. still 50-50 on this car.. maybe in 3 months time you guys can change my mind!
