What I can only say is Mahajaya is not a good developer. They want to save money, so not intend to convert the tittle. But after the pressure from owner and management board , finally they agree to spend 40k++ on the little piece of land in front entrance to be converted to freehold. So this will fulfill the requirement of DBKL . Then can proceed to Land office for strata tittle. Therefore in future , VP will still have 2 strata tittle (FH for both blocks) and LH for the management office n facilities. I think we should thanks for Mr Sek , our Chairman. He change the whole management team and his hardwork seen like bring a lot changes to vantage point.
