Added on April 24, 2012, 11:25 amYES definitely ; why not . Infact I would think if your AP set is Europe based the updates usually faster than local SME sets. My UK AP set got the 2.3.6 one month earlier than local SME set

Since you worrying type, get SME set as warranty cover by local Samsung service center
I would say the AP set build quality is better - I have bought both AP and SME sets of Samsung before ( SGS II, G tab, G tab 10.1) but warranty be prepared that it will take longer to process. And AP sets buy only from reputable shops such as directd, b2dot.com, item.com - all you can find at garage sales - their shops are at Subang Jaya SS15 and the Summit USJ

You want to root, right ? So your phone is already unroot stage.

You simply use ODIN flash any stock official rom , and your phone will be unrooted

Those who wish to try cyanofree, there is actually a way to default the cards mounting : ext sdcard to /mnt/emmc and internal to /mnt/sdcard
So setup will be same as Stunner rom:

You need to go to Settings -> Storage -> press menu button -> Storage configuration -> select Use Internal Storage.

This is will mount your external sd to /mnt/emmc and internal storage to /SDCard

Don't understand your question. Are you on Cyanofree rom now ?

Each nandroid backup will have a different backup file name. All your previous backup remain intact. And please change the backup file name so that you can easily remeber what it is eg mine i always set as 2012-04-19stunner 1419, 201203-15CassielkiteLC1, 2012-04-23albaLP6v2 etc
And flash Abyss kernel 4.2 ONLY to restore back any ICS rom n preserving full root

Tested few 1080p videos with mx player
No lag either
Can you post video to show the lag effect

You lost full root already

You can try . No harm as lp6 kernel comes with superSu

You can always skip wipe data but must wipe all caches
If you faced several FC or other issues than go and wipe data

Alba v3 comes with lp6 kernel. No need to flash it
Flash it if you lose full root
Actually no harm to flash it if you wish
