A lot of speculations/rumors generated which are good publicity for S3. Nevertheless the real deal will
be dished out on 3/5. We shall all see if Samsung S3 measures up to its competitors.

Minor or major depends on each person's definition. Some people think 8MP->12MP is big deal. Some think it's useless without bigger image sensor. Some think quad-core is hot. Some think quad core just sucks power and does nothing much.

So your choice really.

i'll wait for s3 to announce the official spec..if not worthy,then i'll skip one generation and grab one x instead

my choice is for the screen to be at least 4.9'' - 5.0'' or like GNote also can
4.6''/4.7'' not gonna make much difference from S2 4.3''..

Yea pretty much. Must be one hell of a design sice they're keeping it so secretive. The new teaser on samsung's denmark facebook page shows a device(presumably S3) under a cloth, thus showing some of the design, and based of the teaser, design might be similar to current gnex, not sure about materials though, hopefully they do switch to something more high quality, plastic's not all that bad, but metal would feel good
