 Complaint about Top Speed Auto Care Sdn Bhd, RM2k to service myvi,where to complain?

After i changed the absorber FT link by Top speed,
When my car turned to left, there was sound.
This sound happened when i turned to left with big angle turning.

I sent back my car to Top speed, they said it is adjustment problem.
After adjustment, problem still happened.
Then i sent my car to other car shop, they said Top speed wrongly install FT link.
that why, when turning, mechanical parts was rubbing.

Top speed charged me so expensiveRM2xxx, somemore, their technicians are too young,
not skillful at all.

today i went to glenmarie car part seller,
he told me fender cover is only RM 25, but top speed charged me RM 98.

Finally they paid me back partial payment after i complaint to Tribunal.

They just paid back few hundreds.
They paid back me personally and requested me to cancel my filing in tribunal.
if i dont accept, then they will go to tribunal to attend hearing.
so, i just accept their compensation and cancel my filing.

Even though it is few hundred, better than nothing.
tribunal is good.
They did follow up my case.

U look calm in dealing this. For my proton savvy it is the other way round, SC charge me this and that, dunno need to change or not for my car hard to start problem, got one time pay until rm2k for service too!

After 4-5 years of hard starting, paid rm30 to an outside workshop(savvy specialist), no more hard start problem

sometimes, go back to original service centre is better.
e.g. perodua service centre or proton service centre.
their price is open price.
it is fair.
