Asus A43Sa-VX083v, i5-2430M + AMD HD6730M@RM2499, 750GB (7200rpm)
I manage to find RM2299 @ All IT in lyp... is it a good deal?

If you have a tight budget, can consider this one as well:
HP Pavilion G4-2026/27tx, i3-2350M + AMD HD7670M@RM1999, 4GB, 640GB(5400rpm), W7HP
The specifications are obtained from HP online store. If the spec is right, then its quite worth it nod.gif

Would prefer Asus and i5 processor. Thanks for the recommendation though thumbup.gif

Since lappy is still on low resolution, I don't see any point getting 2GB VRAM.
Simply because the GPU doesn't need so much or unable to utilize.

If you are a heavy gamer (on tight budget), the APU (A8) platform is fine.
But don't expect it to run well when the games don't have support for CFX.

Alright. I think im going for A43SA..gonna buy it at all IT later.

my hope with N56 is gone...too expensive i think.
i7+gt 630m =rm3599 ...low resolution summore...add another rm200 can get Asus G55vm alrdy
maybe they are expensive because of the full-aluminium body?

im currently waiting for Lenovo Y580.. i7+gtx 660m+1080p res = predicted at RM3k  thumbup.gif
but duno when it will be released. maybe one month to go..
*
I googled about n56 and found out that we can preorder it at the price of $1300 (RM4k+-). Wayyy tooo up above my budget lol. Thought maybe n46 could reach the 2.8k range brows.gif

Oh..Dell inspiron 14r special edition seems good! With the EPP 10% discount, might seriously consider.

However, is Nvidia GT 640m better than GT 630m?

Shit I fly back there get it tonight. Called the guy up. He say he felt bad for me because he gave me the older model, n he is willing to discount me 100 more. Lol. Btw thanks guys, luckily I posted here. Lol.

Ps: anything else I should check for beside if being a 2nd hand unit? Is there a full spec list for it? I don't dare rely on asus website. To many ///

So what price you're getting and which store? hmm.gif if you don't mind providing the info
