that sounds better. Thanks, its for my gf. Will let her know

Any other options are welcome as well. Please and thank you smile.gif

Optional means you get to customize it before adding to cart... not turn it on or off. Rm3399 is FHD without back lit keyboard... back lit keyboard is customized while adding to cart with an additional rm42 iinm.

Why so? Isn't that a good thing that you get to choose whether you want the keyboard or not? Of course you'll have to pay :/

Because i'm sure i'd want a backlit keyboard. They come in handy, and also in terms of aesthetic.

So just add in RM42? icon_idea.gif

7% discount. in terms of Graphic card? nvidia or AMD?
1)if 15" there are 2 options right?
(1920x1080; anti-glare) izit recommend to upgrade???
2)should purchase the extra 3 years waranty since given 1 year only?
3) 14" nvidia or 15" AMD better in terms of graphic cards?

thanks in advance sifu sifu sekalian.

GT640M is slightly better iinm...

1. Definitely yes to upgrade if you have the loose budget. Full HD is definitely better.
2. And yes, it is recommended to take the 3 years warranty too.
3. Depends but smaller screen (smaller resolution) with same GPU usually means higher FPS (which means gaming will be smoother).

how is acer v3 performance and build quality?
V3-571G-73614G1T, i7-3610QM + Nvidia GT640M@RM2899, 4GB, 1TB

eventhough i had bad experience with acer laptops, v3 is the most affordable 15" 3rd gen i7 laptop right now  sad.gif
i might have to consider this one instead..

Can check their thread here http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2309202

Sorry mang i'm not good at explaining.
Saucebbq: Cache Computing - Wikipedia.com
They just guessing and you should take notebookcheck data with a grain of salt since it is not very accurate.
There is no data whatsoever regarding 7730M performance except 3DMark11 scores by Whirpool forumer.

Though, yeah.

According to the website given. Still, need to wait for them to update the benchmarks first then only can judge..

If you don't mind the weight go for :
V3-571G-73614G1T, i7-3610QM + Nvidia GT640M@RM2899, 4GB, 1TB (2.6kg)

If you do mind the weight go for :
M3-581TG-52466G52, i5-2467M + Nvidia GT640M@RM2599, 6GB, 500GB (2.2kg)
CPU not that powerful, but at least the GT640M will help on the GPU rather than a GT630M or 7670M.
Or

Inspiron 14R (Special Edition), i7-3612QM + Nvidia GT640M@RM2999[2.38kg], 8GB, 1TB(5400rpm); backlit keyboard optional
Inspiron 15R (Special Edition), i7-3612QM + AMD HD7730M@RM2999, 8GB, 1TB(5400rpm); backlit keyboard optional
Inspiron 15R (Special Edition), i7-3612QM + AMD HD7730M + (1920x1080; anti-glare) + 32GB SSD + 1TB HDD(5400rpm)@RM3399, 8GB,backlit keyboard optional
*
There's 14R/15R version that comes with GT640M and 1600x900 resolution with backlit keyboard option too rclxm9.gif

Wow the i5 Inspiron 14R is really tempting! RM2199 only?! I wonder how much difference it is with the i7 version. Some games works better with additional cores/

er sry newbie question AMD Radeon™ HD 7730M DDR3 2GB and NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M DDR3 2GB  can it suport bf3 or mw3 in  high  setting ?  biggrin.gif
*
I wouldn't say its a smooth game play with 20+ fps (http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GT-640M.71579.0.html)
Though its still playable. The GT650 should be able to handle bf3 in high settings. Though you should only take the review as reference..

That for multiplayer i guess? Single player is not that heavy and >30fps is smooth enuff to enjoy this game imo.
*
Better to boost a few hundred for a better one rather than to take that risk for a gamer that wants high quality and smooth gameplay (at least for me, though I don't play bf3 tongue.gif).
