some cheaper some expensive. but the range around +-RM5 that. for me is easier coz it is at SS15, anytime when i run out of stock, i will go there. lazy of waiting the delivery to come.

Muscle catabolism? Lol, i fasted 16-20hours, but strength still increasing. I normally use as preworkout for fasted training for energy purpose.

I read somewhere in this forum bout mixing oats into whey in order to add bulk. I do not get enuf calories but decided against mass gainers.

oat u can take raw, but taste wont that good.
if u wan to get enough calories, my suggestion is add peanut butter/milk/olive oil/coconut oil.

as for BCAA, no, you no need to.

YES. if you eat alot and gain fat. then u take supplement especially mass gainer, also same gain fat... no different.
it is not like if u eat less, drink mass gainer and u will gain muscles.
drink too much protein also will make ur face chubbier you know?
that why ask you to read 1st before buying any supplement.
very easy to get protein in you diet, it is up to you.
get mixed economic rice( add more meat) or chicken rice. very simple.
or ask you mom cook more chicken/pork/beef/fish in the meal. that simple

your chart can be bulk for some person and can be cut for some person too.
