Yea ON Whey always higher price. But price per serving still better value than Gaspari, BSN etc

Is everyone still favoring the new version Myofusion Probiotic, or switch to other whey?

I liked Cinnamon Roll for Myo Pro. Yums.

I'm looking for protein isolate. Been using ON Serious Mass, Mass Fusion & now Muscletech Mass Gainer(protein concentrates). I'm bloating like pregnant lady. sweat.gif
Any suggestion for protein isolate?
*
Isn't the bloating due to you drinking mass gainers.
I don't think isolates or concentrate affect your bloating..

Do you guys normally consume more than one tub of whey at a time, or finish tub by tub
I just have the idea of having 2 tubs at same time for different flavor switch.

Nutrabolic Isobolic  - Chocolate flavor
Just got this yesterday, after 2 servings.
Thick texture, a lil tad sweet I think I would use only 1 scoop per serving. Taste is still good actually.
Good profiles from what the label says.

Added on January 5, 2013, 4:17 pm

Have you tried the Banana flavor. I think I would like to look for a banana flavor whey  smile.gif
*
I'm using Isobolic chocolate at the moment too.
I've only tried Muscle Pharm Combat's banana flavoured whey.
Don't think I'm a fan of banana flavoured whey.

I'm currently on Muscle Pharm combat powder
Took 90 servings of Universal Atomic 7 Amino Acids, and they're running out already
I was thinking should i change to Creatine? or should i stay on Atomic 7 OR should i change my Amino Acid supplement?
My budget is 90 servings below 200
I'm 75kgs ( gained weight, lowest was 71 about 2 months ago ), 175cm, 18 years old, focusing more on fat loss, lean. Not bulking smile.gif
*
Creatine and Amino Acids are 2 different things.
Depends what you need/want.

I see. Thanks for explaining to me. so basically all the whey protein is just the same, the difference is its brand.

*
I'm not sure what you mean by 'the same'. Ingredient/Profile wise they aren't.

It's not necessary, but up to your own choice.

I've been stopped using any supplements for 2 months and so and replace with real foods instead. All I can say is expensive for real foods, but the pay off is totally fantastic.

Just a side question, have anyone try to replace BCAA capsules with intra-workout drink since both contains similar BCAA? Eg. Dymatize BCAA replace with Scivation Xtend.

Thanks!
*
I think you can swap caplets with powder and vice versa. But if I'm not mistaken, powder is much more cost effective in most cases.
But carrying pills around would be more convenient though. But you'd miss out the pretty good taste of bcaa intraworkouts lol.

Edit: As long as you're getting the same nutrients from powder or pill, then it's pretty much the same to what you're trying to absorb.

has anyone tried the nitro tech? and i don't wanna talk about the price or the side effects just wanna know the reviews about you guys. and the progress. thanks.
*
If you can afford it.
If you can make use of the creatine in it well.
If it helps you get your protein needs.
Then it's quite okay but I'm pretty sure there are better alternatives.

Better alternatives? U mean other whey protein as well?
*
If you look at the ingredients, Nitrotech is pretty premium as it contains 2 kinds of whey isolates and that it gives 30g of protein per serving. But if you really like whey isolates only, then go ahead.
The extra goody in nitrotech is 3g of creatine monohydrate. But the extra goody, I'm sure it's cheaper to add it yourself by buying a separate creatine product.

Yes, other alternatives are other whey proteins or protein blends. It's all up to you though because they pretty much do the same thing - supplement protein.
So it depends where you want to spend your money at.

Which creatine is the most soluble in water? I know that Dymatize offers a really cheap creatine but I want the best for my body. biggrin.gif

Thanks in advance!
*
Most soluble is Creatine HCL. But it's pricey and has the same effect as creatine monohydrate. Just get any brand.

Hi all...
I am a beginner..quite small in size (163cm, 54KG), 23 years old!
Currently on these products:
1. Muscle Juice - 1 serving 2 times a day
2. ON amino - 6 tablets a day

Any suggestions like on what I should add on.
*
Once you finish the ON Amino tablets, don't restock. Would recommend you to spend on something else.
It is definitely not necessary.

What creatine should I get?

What are you suggesting? You mean the current brand I'm using is not good or I should switch to something else other than Aminos itself?
*
1. If you know what supplements you need, then the creatine you should get is just the common Creatine Monohydrate.
2. I am suggesting that you should discard the use of amino supplements entirely when you're done with it because you don't need it at all. Unnecessary supplement, especially the tablets.

By the way, Gaspari Nutrition: Myofusion Probiotic Series and Dymatize Nutrition: Elite Whey. Which one is better? icon_question.gif

And currently I plan to get creatine and whey protein only. Is it okay? Because I asked some of my friends most of them said the whey protein is the most important one. I also conducted some researches found out that creatine is quite important too. That's why I plan to go for this two first. tongue.gif
*
Both of them are good. It's all up to you which you prefer.
And yes, creatine and whey are great.

yup, "suggested use" : add 1 heaping teaspoonful daily to cold water or your favorite beverage
from dymatize micronized creatine

the problem is how much water should i mix? and the proper time?
*
Just take 5g of creatine a day, at any time of the day with whatever drink you like.
And you don't have to load. Just 5g every day, any time.
Doesn't matter how much water you use, or how much juice you use, or how much of your favourite drink you use. But just make sure you drink lots of water through out the day.
