So 1kg = rm70 X 2 =rm140.

Dymatize creatine mono, 1kg I saw on musclesup.com rm100-110, or muscleclubmalaysia.com also has around the same price.

For those who do not know much about creatine you can watch the video below. The guy has very good info supported by research.

I tried L-carnitine 1 week ago. 1 pill after lunch everyday which is 500mg per day. Took it for the purpose of helping me burn body fat. Can't evaluate the effects of that yet but I notice some significant strength gains and better endurance in the gym. I feel stronger when working out and the weights I lifted increased eg, dumbbells press, deadlift, lat pulldowns. Don't think its a placebo because I took it for the sole purpose of losing fat. Very happy with the effects so far. =D

Celebrity Fitness has promo now. Rm195 for ON 100% whey 5lbs + a ON shaker. Cheap considering that outside also rm190 already.

For ON brand that is...... dymatize, gaspari and BSN now around 160. Even cheaper if you buy th 12lbs one. biggrin.gif

I took serious mass before (5-6 bags) if you mean bloating as in you feel very full then yes it will. 1 scoop of serious mass is like eating one meal already. You do gain quite some body fat from mass gainers.

I'm taking.... did help in getting me shredded. Not super drastic but yea. The pictures do prove it. I take 500 per day only. Might be more effective if you take 1000 mg. The acai berry thing which people say help to lose weight actually has 2000mg of l-car in it. they jsut market it as acai berry and charge more... LOL

I personally took mass gainers and got really good gains in the first few month to bulk up. But not encourage to take long term, you do gain quite some fat.

Took serious mass, gained 4kg in the first month and about 3+kg in the second month. That also I took 1 scoop a day only. Gained total.

Took muscle juice 2600 also, that one i took full serving ( 2 scoops/ day). Lasted me 3 weeks, gained about 3kg in 2 weeks.

Note: Not all gains are muscle, expect some fat. Important thing is to make sure as your body weight is increasing, the weight you are lifting must also increase. That is one of the best ways to determine whether you are just gaining fat or muscle. More muscle = lift heavier. If you gain weight but you don't see any progress in your lifting then you're probably just getting fat.

Another effective way to bulk, eat McD and KFC 3 times a week. (Avoid the soft drinks tho, coz that doesn't really contribute)
