my tub of ON or Dymatize usually last me around 2 months+ or less. RM165 for Dy and RM175 for ON.
depends on how much you're take la, then multiply the days in a month. compared it with the amount of serving of your whey protein and you should get a rough idea.

no harm going for protein blend, once in a while you can switch it for post-wo...provided you dont mind the price tag.

Dymatize, ON is quite cheap also la actually.

ON got more calories? both of them are more or less the same, the difference is too little to have a big impact on anyone I guess.
but IINM, ON have more variants of amino acid profiles.

anyway, just a sharing here. With the recent prices of ON 100% shooting up like nobody's business, and also the constant shortage of supply of Dymatize Elite whey..I found a new whey that may prolly be better than ON.

retails around RM180 for 80 servings at MMC, which is around RM2.25 per scoop. might a lil bit on the expensive side but look at their nutrition label mann, its like a mixture of amino acids tabs and whey.


was at MMC just now to pick up my whey, but too bad left Natural flavour which I have no idea on earth how does it taste like and raspberry. ended up with ultra whey instead.

anyway, how was the pricing like?

ok just bought SAN metaforce from MMC this afternoon, choco flavour.

Texture - looks like dried clay because it is soy based, quite a bad first impression cos it smelt more like a bag of beans instead with a very faint choco smell.

Mixability - surprisingly good. with a transparent bottle it does look like your typical herbalife obsessed neighour mom type of drink, cos there is no foam or anything like that.

Flavour - taste more like peanut to me, bloody sweet with a slight sandy taste. something like peanut paste actually hahaha.

Cost - VERY VERY VERY f***ING cheap.

RM120 for 67 servings with 26g protein, around RM1.79 per scoop? unless you believe in soy giving you woman tities then you might want to avoid this shat.
and if you look carefully it does contain some multi-vit ingredients like riboflavin, biotin etc.

I would recommend this as it is very cheap and if you're sick of the taste of ordinaryl whey.

accidently found out that if I dont mix enough water to turn it to a shake, I can create a oat blend kind of texture that actually taste pretty good.

yeh, just pop into the exit lubang, no need go pay at the machine.

but some people believe soy protein is inferior compared to whey, they'll give you moobs, slower release time etc

Prostar - 80 serving for RM160, RM2 per serving. 25g.
Metaforce - 67 serving for RM120, RM1.8 per serving. 26g.

go for chocolate, safer choice? cookie and cream looks okay too, but people have mentioned that this whey have really bad flavouring.

I used universal before my metaforce. it was cafe mocha or something like that, it was okay...but protein per scoop is kinda low. how about SAN platinum/titanium?

Dymatize pina colad was my first whey and it was bloody horrible, go with choco or anything near that.

lol my gym is one of the supplier for QNT products too. What I hate is they dont state the number of serving and thus I cant really calculate it's value. but the products are priced rather cheap tho.

I used ultra whey mocha before, the taste was alright. mixibility was good but didnt like the amount of foam that was created after shaking it.

somewhere there. the taste is quite flat compared to real coffee..but still nevertheless it doesnt taste like crap.
