Holding and not selling over the long term is ideally the preferred choice but in the share market, it's way too risky by being too cocky and declaring  ''destroy sell button" strategy.
*
I no mean for cocky part, smile.gif , just more like fun/joke for it, just speak from experience, sometimes it is good not to have "sell button".

Without much buying and selling repeatedly, which make broker house earn big and remisier rich (no offence), sometimes just holding a bunch of good stocks, one's performance can be miles better than buy, sell, buy sell constantly.

does this dilution apply to all newly issue warrant?
i mean all mother share price will drop when they issue new warrant? (due to dilution)
thx for any feedback.  notworthy.gif
based on common sense , no ppl will exercise now where the mother share is trade below rm1.
but why yet the mother share drop so much?
mind to shed me some light.. thx lot.. notworthy.gif

eh ... I don't know of the Bjcorp case ... but there is one very famous case I would like to point out is the TMS 0060.
conversion is 1:1 at RM0.10.

On the listing day of it's TMS-WA. the mother share shoot up from RM0.09 to RM0.24. The fever continued for 5 days and had the mother at all time high RM0.475. TMS-WA was trading below RM0.15.

So in this case, the mother share was pushed up during the listing of its warrants.

That's a case study for your question of "does this dilution apply to all newly issue warrant?"
perhaps i would say no ... it all depends on how the issuer wanted you to do with the warrant ...
that's what i think ... laugh.gif

Last time, I was also has the same thinking like that. Sell, buy back later.
So I sold GAB, Carlsberg, at RM5.xx Rm6.xx, look where are they now.
I also sold Rothmans (now BAT), at Rm2x.xx, look how much it is now.

I am better off with holding those stocks tightly, (no sell button), instead buy sell for 50x in the market (which not even know can make a profit, may as well loss) for the next 5 to 10 years.

LOL! Like I have said, holding 'long term' is ideally the preferred choice and you do realise that having a 'sell' button does not mean that one buy/sell/buy like a headless chicken.

When crisis come, can you afford to not 'touch' the shares you hold?
