I like being able to do moves that put me in a disadvantegous positions, that's the main priority. Next is strength gains by adding weight into that position. That's my ultimate goal. In this thread I can see stuff that can be of use to me, that's why I read it from time to time, because neural efficiency can only go so far, I need to add muscle mass as well and a proper diet will help. For things like LBM, BF%, I can't seem to get those in calisthenics forums anywhere so I read here.  tongue.gif

It hurts as thought i ve got bruises when i press around the right shoulder area. I could do light BP, perhaps just the barbell, but full body pushups hurts my right shoulder..

u can go to starting strength forum http://startingstrength.com/resources/forum/forum.php to ask. some of the regulars there are quite knowledgeable about this sort of thing. a few of them are real life doctor also. but u might need to be more specific though.
