For cardio, what kind of intensity do u guys perform at? And how many sessions per week/duration? I used to run around 3x 45mins/week but now it's at 3x 25mins/week but the only diff I see is my lowered stamina, muscle growth is still slow. My average speed is 10km/h and HR is always at 80% if that helps. Thank you

Does adding milk to whey slow down its absorption or it'll still be the same, ie. our body still gets to digest the whey first before milk, since milk is like 80% casein if I'm not wrong?

Can I replace barbell bench press with dumbbell press instead since I can't always get someone to hold the barbell over for me (the gym doesnt have a power rack) Btw, anything special I should add to my diet after finishing a 21km marathon to prevent muscle loss? Or before the run? I usually take 2pcs of bread with nutella, 1 hot milo, 1 protein bar, 1 isotonic drink and 2 bananas before the run. 2nd time asking this. Hope someone replies me T_T Dumbbell bench press or smith bench press? I'm doing SL 5x5 and since the barbell in my gym only reaches 45kg, I changed to dumbbells and I'm able to do upto 5x5 24kg each side. Should I continue or use the smith machine for bench press? I get better 'feel' using the dumbbells compared to the smith. So yeah
