I really feel something wrong with me, a normal 20 year-old male should have facial hair, and I'm not growing any. Every part of my body grow normally but not facial hair.
I eat the same amount of calories from the beginning, except I changed from Weight Gain(630 calories) to Whey  Protein(400 calories) recently.

Question: Whats the best way to do 'Seated Smiths Overhead Press'?

Should I use the chair back support or just seat without it?
Should I lower the bar to my back rather than in front?

My gym dont have access to powerack and try to lift it from bench press feel very dangerous & awkward for me. I tried DB OHP but laggging at 40kg for 1 month now. Just did Smith OHP and finally I feel DOMS in my front deltoid smile.gif

try ya back 1st
if not vertical lose some weight or focus on ya weak arms../ my tips stop at same level as ya eyes or ears..dont go down till hit ya trap/upper back.. whistling.gif

Tendonosis should be the first diagnosis as it said to be far more common than tendonitis. It also take far more time to recover than tendonisis. hahah okay...does ya gym have preacher curl seat/bench?...do on bench but in reversal side... notworthy.gif yeah u have carry/push that to smith machine...but personally i will go barbell alone not with smith machine..good luck thumbup.gif

personally i wont advice my fren 2 workout with smith machine..cuz like u said (above) will hurt ya wrists...even for squat it kinda locked ya movement..i usually use smith for chin-up lol yes really...and for shrug routine...good luck icon_rolleyes.gif

what i did back then before i fall in love with foods and just enjoy lifting while maintaining bw or just raise 1-3kg max ( i still eat trying to eat right tho )

note: my bw will go down easy when i'm in Uni

Bulk up till 15% then cut to 10-12% then do the same thing over and over again

not to mention i am skinnyfat after cutting last time due to shi*ty diet, after reading about all those diet threads and books i have the info but i don't have the time and money to do that now ( living with parents so have to eat what they eat or they will get butthurt )
