BP: 30-> 60kg

Btw, do any of you guys got warn by a gym staff that you make noise too much in the gym? I tried to control my bar and Im pretty sure Im very very sure I did not smashing it down. The deadlift area have padding and Im far away from most people there. Is it because in most gym no one ever do deadlift?

i also on ss program, sq 100, DL 120, but bench only 60
