Simply put, there is no right or wrong here.

Working out in the morning is fine as long as you get your breakfast right. You need plenty of fuel to do the heavy lifting.

If you are an early person, you will wake up at 5am feel so pumped. Whereas some people prefer to do it later in the evening.

Everything falls down to your diet eventually.

I guess everyone has their own timing and opinion.

I asked a dude once in the gym. What he do is he take advantage of an empty stomach and use superpump or no-xplode cant rmb. Right after workout, protein shakes..and then breakfast.

obviously your left bicep is weaker. why not train on 7.5kg dumbbell first? Im pretty sure your right can do like 15-20 reps for 7.5kg but can your left do the same? train your left first to cope with your right.

yea man. you dont want the imbalance muscle to be more obvious.

takes time but its okay. All you want is to gain strength for your left and balance up your muscles.

you know right the first place fat will go is tummy and tummy fat is the last thing to get rid off.

so what you did 1000 sit ups. You will have abs but hidden under the fats. Tummy fats not going away by doing abs exercises.

Like others said, dont do it before workout.

anyway IMO dont let body building affect your sex life, or in your case your fap life. Just do whatever you want.

I prefer no air cond but must have windows open. I feel so stuffy with air cond i dont know why especially during peak hours.
