Don't worry so much on your idle temperature. As long as it isn't 50-70 for idle, it should be fine.

CPU-Z. Memory tab will show ~800 for DRAM Frequency = 1600Mhz

dram frequency only 532.2mhz..how to make it 800 ?

What ram are you using? If it has XMP 1600, go bios and load the XMP profile (not really sure how to do - check manual or do internet search)

right now testing OC 4.4ghz using h80 and the temp on full load using prime95 is 80 C

normal ?

Load temp can be further reduced by lowering Vcore (can check current Vcore using CPU-Z).
Not sure how to manually lower Vcore on your mobo though.
But then too low Vcore - BSOD/crash/error
It's the delicate balance that makes OCing a headache.
