i just wondering it is natural about the stat get 4 strike, 3 range 3 tech etc
when you lv up? cause i notice from lv1-20 i get 9 strike 8 range 8 tech etc then after
lv21+ the stat given begin to decrease to 4 strike per lv ?

Did you really need to able to read jap to play this? or need deep knowledge of Phantasy Star..

not really needed, just play it then u know.

Oh wow, I'm actually surprised there are new people coming in here.

If you're tempted to try out the game and all that, there is an English patch for you somewhere in the internet(ask Google) to help you.
The patch translates nearly all the UI in the game, stuffs like items are server based so that won't be translated.

And well, I wouldn't really suggest to join my Team anymore since most of us are inactive anyway it's better to join ultima's(plus he has a team room too).
Only ones that are always online in my team is well... either myself with a friend or two and AbelNox.
It's only recently that I got myself playing this game again, I took a long break from this game before this(like a month or so).

Thinking of trying out the game, which ship/server has the most amount of English players?. Would love to play with people I can actually understand.

ship 2, some of us at ship 8.

Picking up the game without knowing japanese isnt a problem.Though the pace to catchup with the updatespree from sega would be a problem.
The game seems to have loadsome of updates recently. Some players had apparently vanish and never to be heard again.

I got into ship 4 without knowing a lot of you guys are in ship 2/8. Well anyway, i just play for fun though cause i went to TGS 2012 and saw sega promoting like crazy.

And yes you can, it's the 3rd option I think ? In your patch window, where it'll open up your options window.
That's the only place where you can set your graphical settings etc, god knows why.

U need to wait next year for NA/EU release, there are english patch made by ppl but used at own risk. most of us play at japanase server game in japanase language.
