Its about the same size as new CRV. The new CRV design make the new CRV looks bigger. Here is the size comparison between CX-5 and CRV 2012:

Length (in) - 179.3 (CX-5) , 178.3 (CRV)
Width (in) - 72.4 (CX-5) , 71.6 (CRV)
Height (in) - 65.7 (CX-5) , 64.7 (CRV)
Wheelbase (in) - 106.3 (CX-5) , 103.1 (CRV)

So, I guess you should shake you head now  laugh.gif

The White CX-5 looks better with black rims. But we might getting the standard rims.

Thats why they being called Compact SUV or CUV. If you want bigger size, go for real SUV but the cost will be much expensive.

I think it is a good buy. But the price has not finalized yet, hopefully it will be not more than 160k OTR with insurance.

By looking at new camry and new civic, I think new CRV will be using old engine, old gear box and old spec, maybe throw in some features like navi and reverse camera and sell for 155k.

that one is just minimal movements but creates a wider frontal view + alerts our eyes slightly earlier if there are people in front at the sides or obstacles
