Bj highway will very likely be congested, so have to jam on BJ highway, get onto a feeder road then only onto Kesas? Hmm location not as good as the other Bukit Jalil props.

unless they convert it to like LDP pay toll elevated highway
below all no toll but jam
kesas have to enter bukit jalil stadium side
i think few other roads you can enter kesas
malton - pavilion hold hands goes there must be something they can see in future
(or wait until they launch the luxury condo there walk to the mall)

ie the happening place is on the pavillion side of BJ..

Secondly the gomen cooling measures, banks shutting down their taps and recent interest hike are slowing down the market..
