Bcz there is a similar apartment is almost completed at Alam Sutera, next to Bkt Jalil highway and near to Cahaya BK 9.

Unsure whether this is built and sell. Or the apartment mentioned to be ballot today.

Any bro knows? Am not in town currently.

It's a medium cost apartment with 90 units split into 2 blocks
Block A is 10 storey with 43 units n Block B is 11 storey with 47 units

I&P project; any track record on its quality?
it is leasehold and just along lebuhraya bukit jalil. making U turn is quite far as there is no proper U-turn until puchong side or unless you turn in to kinrara residential. wonder whether it will have effect from the success of bukit jalil regional mall some distance away. cannot walk there also

so the LRT does not pass along it
the zest is nearer to LRT station but still need to walk under open air condition unless somebody builds a proper walkway

they build slowly

then continue to build
i have seen its progress moving little by little
i think for other developers it would have been completed and open for business long long time ago
