it is leasehold and just along lebuhraya bukit jalil. making U turn is quite far as there is no proper U-turn until puchong side or unless you turn in to kinrara residential. wonder whether it will have effect from the success of bukit jalil regional mall some distance away. cannot walk there also

i saw cheapest from 636k onwards as per their advert

the name "denai sutera" implies this like a medium cost apartment
on a small land just along the road

if i seen it correctly, it is before LRT line
so the LRT does not pass along it
the zest is nearer to LRT station but still need to walk under open air condition unless somebody builds a proper walkway
